Check-in
Start with one mood.
A mood alone is enough, and Save is always explicit. Add activities, a note, a recording, or a photo only when that context feels useful.

Private mood journaling for iPhone & Apple Watch
Your entries build a record, and Tendi is honest about what that record can actually show.

A single mood is enough, and Save stays explicit. Days without entries stay just that, not failures. Coming back after a break is just coming back.
Inside Tendi
Check-in
A mood alone is enough, and Save is always explicit. Add activities, a note, a recording, or a photo only when that context feels useful.
Journal
Search and filter Journal for a specific moment, or revisit entries as pressed-flower specimens in the Herbarium.
Insights
Tendi shows patterns across the entries you saved and explains what each one is based on: the counts behind it and the exact dates it covers. When a pattern includes a comparison, that comparison is not a cause-and-effect claim, and Tendi does not diagnose you or tell you what to do next.
Visual memory
Month Map gives entries calendar context. Journal keeps them easy to find. Herbarium collects them as pressed-specimen memories.
Privacy
Tendi stores your mood entries, notes, photos, voice notes, and insights on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, your data syncs through your personal Apple iCloud account, not a Tendi journal server.

We started Tendi after getting tired of apps that made absences feel like failures. We wanted a private place to note what changed, see the context that mattered, and come back without being scolded.
Use Tendi when it helps. Leave it alone when it doesn't. Coming back after a break is just coming back.
